The Fracturing Fluids Lab is a specialized facility dedicated to the analysis, formulation, and testing of fracturing fluids used in hydraulic fracturing operations. Our lab ensures optimal performance by evaluating viscosity, proppant transport capability, fluid loss control, and chemical stability under various reservoir conditions. Equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, we conduct comprehensive testing to enhance fracture efficiency, minimize formation damage, and ensure environmental compliance. Polymer Synthesis Setup
Reaction setup to produce dry friction reducers or liquid inverse emulsion friction reducers

Meat Grinder
An instrument used in polymer gel processing to cut large polymer gels into smaller pieces for efficient drying and further processing.

Fluid bed dryer
Efficiently simulates industrial drying by fluidizing materials for fast, uniform moisture removal.

Grinder
To efficiently grind dry polymers into smaller particles for improved processing and application.

Sonic Sifter
Separates dry polymer powders by particle size using sound waves and air pulses to obtain the final desired product.

SEC-MALS (Size Exclusion Chromatography with Multi-Angle Light Scattering)
An analytical device used to determine the molecular weight, size, distribution, and structural analysis of high molecular weight polymers.

Model 6700 Chandler Friction Flow Loop System
Fully automated system to measure the friction pressure of fluids at ambient temperature.

Model 5600 Chandler Shear History Simulator
The system can be operated manually or can be run from the software to evaluate the effect of shear upon a fluid.
