PetroChina Delegation Visits CNPC USA to Strengthen Industry Collaboration

On **March 13th**, a high-level delegation from PetroChina, led by **Dr. Guoxin Li**, Deputy Chief Geologist, visited CNPC USA to strengthen industry collaboration and exchange technological insights. The 15-member delegation toured the **Unconventional Oil & Gas Technology Laboratory** in Katy, Texas.
During the tour, the group was introduced to CNPC USA’s latest advancements in drilling, completions, downhole chemicals, and new materials. The delegation expressed deep appreciation for the research achievements and commended the center's contributions to technological innovation in the global oil and gas sector.
The visit was hosted by **Dr. Haige Wang**, Senior Vice President of CNPC USA, who engaged with the group in discussions on potential future support and strategic collaboration initiatives. Key members of the delegation included **Mr. Pinxian Zhang** (Development and Planning Department), **Mr. Xiansheng Sun** (Economics Research Institute), and **Mr. Baocheng Wu** (CNODC).
