Multiset Packer Element
CNPC USA has developed a series of specialized packer element compounds for multiset packers driven by coiled tubing in hydraulic fracturing operations. These elements are manufactured at commercial scale for 5.5” casing, with both compounding and molding processes under strict CNPC USA quality control.

Applications
- Designed specifically for packers in coiled tubing intervention
- Available in single elements (80 and 90 Shore A hardness) or multi-element designs
- Engineered for repeated setting and unsetting cycles to seal bottom sections during fracturing, zone isolation, and pressure testing
