HEP-DD165/175-V Prototype Cells
High Temperature Primary Battery
Designed for the next generation of challenging underground applications, HEP-DD165/175-V series cells feature multiple discharge voltage plateaus. This novel improvement allows users to easily estimate remaining battery capacity based on cell voltage changes during operation.
Left: 175°C testing | Right: Live testing results.
Passed 175°C discharge testing under random vibration, sinusoidal vibration, and shock conditions.
Applications
- Powering underground tools (MWD, LWD) up to 175°C
- Critical performance in high-vibration and high-shock environments
Features & Benefits
- Easy in-situ estimation of remaining capacity
- High initial working voltage and capacity
- Long service hours
- Rugged design for extreme HT vibration and shock
