G-4 Polymer Particles for Water Conformance
G-4 is a polymer expandable emulsion particle system developed by CNPC USA specifically for oil fields undergoing long-term water flooding. It is designed for deep profile control and water plugging in wells with high water production and low oil displacement efficiency.

Typical Properties

- • Flash Point: > 210 °F (100 °C)
Applications & Treatment
G-4 particles can be easily dispersed into injection water during flooding operations. Recommended treatment concentrations typically range from 0.5% to 1.5% (1,500–5,000 ppm particle concentration), depending on specific reservoir conditions and injection designs.
Packaging & Storage
- Available in 265 Gal (900 Kg) totes (IBCs) or 55 Gal (180 Kg) drums.
- Store in original containers with closed lids in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated location.
