HT FA-HT Oil Displacement Surfactant System
HT FA is a high-temperature tolerance anionic surfactant system specifically designed for chemical flooding in high-temperature (HT) reservoirs. Laboratory core flooding results indicate high efficiency and exceptional resistance to both temperature and salt concentrations.
Key Advantages
- Salinity Tolerance: 30,000 – 80,000 mg/L
- Temp Stability: Application up to 95 ℃
- Low Dosage: Effective as low as 0.2%
- Interfacial Tension: Ultra-low, ~$X \cdot 10^{-3} mN/m$
- Lab Improvement: 60% – 98% oil recovery improvement
Typical Properties
- • Appearance: Amber Liquid
- • Product Activity: 30% – 35%
- • Specific Density: 0.975 – 1.005 g/cm³
- • Viscosity: < 1000 cp
- • Flash Point: > 210 °F (100 °C)
- • Pour Point: < 32 °F (0 °C)
Applications & Treatment
- Primary use in surfactant-based chemical EOR for HT reservoirs.
- Phase behavior experiments confirmed formation of **Windsor III type microemulsion**.
- Core flooding experiments demonstrated ultra-high recovery rates exceeding **95%**.
