HT EA00 - HT OBM Emulsifier
HT EA00 is a high-temperature tolerance emulsifier specifically engineered for non-aqueous drilling fluids. It is a high-performance chemical system capable of maintaining stability in downhole environments reaching temperatures up to 150°C.

Applications & Recommended Treatment
- Versatile Base Compatibility: Formulated for non-aqueous drilling fluids including diesel, white oil, and synthetic-based systems.
- Operating Limit: Proven effectiveness for downhole temperatures up to 150°C.
- Dosage: Recommended formulation of 0.5% to 3% based on the specific oil-and-water ratio utilized.
- Field Proven: Successfully applied in active field operations since 2016.
Packaging & Storage
- Available in 265 Gal (900 Kg) totes (IBCs) or 55 Gal (180 Kg) drums.
- Store in original containers with closed lids in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated location.
