HT EA20 - Ultra HT OBM Emulsifier
HT EA20 is an ultra-high temperature tolerance emulsifier specifically engineered for non-aqueous drilling fluids. This patented high-performance chemical system is designed to maintain exceptional stability in extreme downhole environments reaching temperatures up to **225°C**.

Applications & Recommended Treatment
- Extreme Environments: Specifically used for downhole temperatures of 225°C or higher.
- Fluid Compatibility: Formulated for non-aqueous fluids including diesel, white oil, and synthetic-based systems.
- Dosage: Recommended formulation of 1% to 3% based on the oil-and-water ratio.
- Proven Reliability: Successfully applied in field operations since 2016.
Packaging & Storage
- Available in 265 Gal (900 Kg) totes (IBCs) or 55 Gal (180 Kg) drums.
- Store in original containers with closed lids in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.
