HT EA20 - Ultra HT OBM Emulsifier
HT EA20 is a high temperature tolerance emulsifier specially designed for non-aqueous drilling fluids. It is a patented high-performance emulsifier, which can be stable up to 225°C.
Advantages
- Aid in stable rheology properties, especially for low end RPM.
- Very stable emulsion stability for water in oil emulsions
- High electrical stability of formulated non-aqueous drilling fluid, e.g. before hot rolling (BHR) and after hot rolling (AHR) at 225°C or higher, ES>600V
- Chemical thermal stability, 225°C or higher
- Easy and safe handling in use and transportation
Applications & Recommended Treatment
- Used for downhole temperature up to 225°C or higher
- Formulated in non-aqueous (diesel, white oil and synthetic based) drilling fluids
- Recommended formulation dosage: 1% to 3% based on oil and water ration used
- Successfully applied in field since 2016

Packaging and Storage
- 265 Gal（900 Kg）totes（IBCs）or 55 Gal（180 Kg）drums
- Store the product in the containers with closed lids in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place.
