Drilling Fluids Lab
A specialized facility dedicated to the analysis, formulation, and testing of drilling fluids used in oil and gas exploration. We evaluate rheological properties, filtration control, and chemical stability under extreme HPHT conditions.

Laser diffraction particle size analysis from 10nm to 3500µm for dry powders and suspensions.
Agilent 7890B Gas Chromatograph
Qualitative and quantitative organic mixture analysis using Flame Ionization Detectors.

Structural analysis and identification of complex individual organic components in mixtures.
Thermo Scientific™ iS50 FTIR
All-in-one materials analysis system with resolution better than 0.09 cm⁻¹.
Agilent SEC-Wyatt DAWN MALS
Determines absolute molecular weight and 3D structure for high-molecular weight polymers.

Brookfield Viscometer
Measurement of viscosity from 100 cP to 40 million cP across a wide temperature range.
OFITE M900 Viscometer
High-precision rheology measurement with 12 fixed speeds and 0.001 RPM accuracy.
Grace 7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer
Dynamic density and clay analysis at extreme pressures (>200 MPa) and temperatures.
Grace 2200 HPHT Simulator

HTHP Filter Press System

Aging Roller Oven
