Dissolvable Rubbers
CNPC-USA has developed a series of dissolvable rubbers ranging from 40°C to 175°C to meet various operation requirements. These materials feature high elongation, high modulus, and high tear strength with a designable dissolution rate that is not affected by salinity.

Field Cases
Successfully applied in many fields in China, including Southwest, Daqing, and Xinjiang Oil Fields.
Example: In June 2020, 20 dissolvable plugs were used in the Weiyuan Wei202H56-4 well. The plug maintained stable pressure at 88 MPa for 16 hours. Milling time averaged 3–10 minutes per stage without obstruction.
